Vincent Paul Eck

Vincent Paul Eck was a founding member and served as President of the Lowcountry Property Management Association for over 15 years.

 

Upon his death in 2009, our annual education scholarship was renamed in his honor.

 

This $1000 merit based scholarship is awarded annually to a qualified applicant for college or graduate study.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Must be a local area High School Senior or equivalent student.

  2. Must be an immediate family member of an LCPMA member in good standing or have a parent who has worked for a member company for more than one year.

  3. Must have attained a 3.0 or higher High School GPA.

  4. Must be recommended by a high school and/or college, university or technical school guidance counselor, and an LCPMA member.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

  1. LCPMA Scholarship Application form.

  2. High School or college transcript and SAT record or GPA status.

  3. Referral letter from Guidance Counselor with Transcript

  4. Referral letter from outside school source

  5. Referral letter from LCPMA member

  6. Outline of local community/school/church accomplishments

  7. School of choice (or applications pending)

  8. Essay on why you feel you’re the best candidate for the scholarship. 500 Words or less please
