Vincent P. Eck
Vincent Paul Eck was a founding member and served as President of the Lowcountry Property Management Association for over 15 years.
Upon his death in 2009, our annual education scholarship was renamed in his honor.
This $1000 merit based scholarship is awarded annually to a qualified applicant for college or graduate study.
Must be a High School student in Beaufort or Jasper counties or currently attending an accredited college, university or technical school.
Must be an immediate family member of an LCPMA member, (Full, Associate or Service) in good standing or have a parent who has worked for a member company for more than one year.
Must have attained a 2.5 GPA or better at an accredited college, university or technical school.
Must be recommended by a high school guidance counselor, LCPMA member and/or college, university or technical school guidance counselor.

Letters of recommendation from your High School principal or college guidance counselor, a core subject matter teacher and a LCPMA employer in good standing
